Cray Road Road Works 2007

Thames Water will be implementing a flood alleviation scheme as some homes in Crockenhill have experienced flooding because sewers are not large enough to cope with the rainfall during heavy storms.

To reduce the risk of flooding Thanes Water are planning a new sewer between numbers 22 and 52 Cray Road.

The work will start work on the 29 January 2007 and is expected to be finished by the middle of April.

Thames Water will be holding a drop-in session outside Crockenhill Village Hall on Stones Cross Road to provide further information. Members of the project team will be available to answer any questions you may have about this work. It will be held on Friday 19 January between 4.00pm and 7.00pm in a mobile customer unit.
